ESThe resort staff were welcoming and helpful. We went on a day trip to Black Island, Marlo our guide was an absolute pleasure and took very good care of us throughout. We also had the best massage of our lives whilst at the resort, the food was above average and delicious.
LUThe sunset from the restaurant and the pool is incredible. The superior double room (river cottage) is very spacious and well decorated. Also provides intimacy, as it is separated from others. Location is far from Coron, but if you have transport, althout it is far (45 minutes) you are half way to ocam and also you are in the middle of nowhere, which for me is a huge plus.
Bugs everywhere. Ok, we are in the Philippines, in the middle of nowhere - bugs are expected. But the room is FULL of them. If it is not cleaned then expect to have ants in your bed - that's too much. The restaurant is an absolute disaster. The food is pricy and awful. Everything is frozen (no fresh fish in Coron, really?) and the cooling is subpar. Maintenance is also bad - things broken everywhere. It is a pity, because with the amazing location, spacious rooms and beautiful architecture, , with some good management, this place could be an absolute blast.
The property had gorgeous views. Food was good. However you have to go down lengths of stairs to get to the restaurant. Not for weak knees.

PHBreakfast was very good; food are always tasty. Most important are the friendliness and respectfulness of all the staff. I would also like to call out Rica, who is very accommodating and always as responsive to requests and inquiries.

the food: we waited 1.5 hours for the first starter, and then half an hour longer for the main. The cevice was tough and the pieces too big, the pasta was very basic with a simple very oily tomatosauce and the amount of the curry was very small. The quality of the breakfast was also very low with no option to choose fruit. the room: outwardly it is very beautiful, however, the rooms inside are simply not finished well. The plaster is uneven and the wooden curtains aren't quite good. We expected a lot better for the price.
NLVery nice calm resort on peninsula. breathtaking views from own terrace. Perfect location for breathtaking scuba diving, several old shipwrecks less than 30 minutes away, They have their own diving shop. Private villa with balcony/terrace with free view on the bay. Relaxing swimming pull near the waterside
the bed was a bit too hard, at least for me ;-)
Ideal for peace and quite and nature lovers. Views are unquestionably amazing
