The place is breathtakingly beautiful Mark the watersports coordinator was lovely and took me out on a snorkeling trip to Lusong Gunboat, a reef and Pass island. He also arranged for a kayak whenever I needed Alan the waiter was very nice and always smiling, ready to help me Really enjoyed my massage

I like that it's far from the busy street and noise. It was quiet and you can enjoy the view from the room, the lobby, the restaurant even from the toilet 😂 (Seahorse cottage). The room plus the view made our stay great. Breakfast was included. The only food that we liked was the ceviche. Crew Mark was funny and friendly (we had a chat by the pool). Michelle was very honest and gave my husband the phone who left it in the lobby.

The food was disappointing. It was expensive and what's worst was the quality of it. So many options, but really, they should focus on the quality. It needs a lot of improvement. We had chicken yellow curry, and it was salty. Really salty. They used a packed coconut milk instead of using the resources of the island. Most of the time, the rice had too much water. The crab soup was powdered. Herbs were missing on their plates too. . No shower by the pool. It would be appreciated if the staff would be more hospitable. Simple 'you're welcome' would be appreciated too. They can also ask guests how their stay was, or how the food was. No interaction, really. The toilet corner from the window was a bit stinky.

-Staff at Restaurant paid more attention to their personal mobile phones than to the guests -rooms dirty, e.g dead insects all over the place, windows and frames filthy and dead insects as well, cupboard moldy, ants in the room and went inside personal luggage, shampoo and body wash were same cheap handwash soap… We found out that 3 months ago when we booked, we paid double the price the rooms were sold to one day ahead of travel. After one night instead of 4 nights booked, we checked out immediately. Booked ourselves a room at „Busuanga Bay lodge“ instead with a great experience. Overall we lost about 500€ due to 100% cancellation fees/ no refund submitted. However was the right decision.

All our stay was amazing! We had an amazing villa, with amazing view, a really comfy bed, the AC was working perfectly. The staff was always ready to help and really nice. We wanted badly to eat a cordonbleau and although it was not available, they made their best to ask the chef to prepare for us, and they did it. We also ordered sometimes drinks and they brought us in the room, so we were able to watch the sunset from our anazing terrace. We did also a boat tour with them, sharing the price with other guest: it was really relaxing and well organized. And yes, there were some insects in the room, but people please remember that you are in the Philippines and surrounded by nature.

Amazing scenery and views very friendly and helpful staff

It is isolated, no shops or any other restaurant near by, pool had limited seating and no service.

Staff, location (especially it being right in the middle of nature), ease of booking tours (Ask for the banca boat Angela! loved the guides Noel and Wilson!) and such beautiful rooms. Really lovely stay overall. Will be back again 100%

Better WIFI in restaurant and having it in the rooms would be nice. And more vegetarian options on the menu!
