BECalm, private setting. Very good food. Very nice staff. Easy to book private tours departing right from the hotel. There’s a diving centre located within the hotel and great diving spots in the vicinity. You can rent a scooter from the hotel. Great views.
WiFi in the rooms is not a standard. Airport transfer and laundry service rather pricey.
DEGuests are not welcome We spent two nights in the complex. Although the facility is very nice, we didn't feel comfortable. We had the feeling that you were disliked as a guest. For example, we waited 2 hours for dinner, a full-day trip by boat only took 3 hours, there was no internet in the hotel rooms. Nearly nobody ever cared or asked anything about it, except 1 staff who tried to help with the internet by sharing her private roaming which was super nice. The hotel can only be reached via a road that is approximately 50 m long and is dedicated to the hotel. The road is in very, very poor condition with lots of very sharp and pointed stones. Here we slashed our car tires, we had a rental car. The hotel did not see itself as responsible for the damage. Even though, the road belongs to the hotel. We would not recommend this hotel due to the many negative experiences

The restaurant was a bit unreliable and uneven. Many dishes on the menu 'not available', long delays getting food at busy times.
AULoved the ambience, location and activities. Staff are very good.
On Monday there was no fish available at the restaurant which I found unusual.
