Not having a phone in the room. Not having a bidet in the toilet. Having a lot of random insects and small spiders. The AC is not working properly. It’s only giving us air. Not cold at all.

GRUSWe left early, so outside of the location, nothing.
The cleaning of our room, the shower having hot water, there not being ants in our place upon arrival, the food not being as salty and management communicating to us that the pool was closed.
OMThe location and the staff
PHThe staff was kind enough to move us to another room when we complained about the mysterious tuko. Food was good. Accessible to the boats.

ZACan’t go wrong with this one. It was a last minute decision for us. Stayed 5 nights and it was the best possible choice we could have made. The Manageress Mam Rap was very responsive, friendly and professional. She didn’t hesitate to resolve any of our various requests from needing to get toothpaste to after- sun cream. Her team was so helpful and made us feel very welcome and cared for. The location is excellent. It’s private, with insanely beautiful views and so much to do!! If you don’t want to adventure, then cocktails by the pool or bar or restaurant are all set up beautifully for lounging with stunning scenery of the cove. Our waiter Alan served us for a private romantic dinner and also hiked our food up to the cabin for room service multiple times with a big smile :) and lastly our wonderful Guide JR made for the most adventurous and safe excursions diving and hiking and paddle boarding. Please do check him out. Friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. The team at MDS are really excellent and it was very hard for us to leave. Thank you so much xxx
