I booked this trip for my friend and his wife and they had a great time and I will continue to recommend this place to my friends

beautiful, huge, bright and comfy rooms; wonderful dining area with marvelous views across the bay; big and deep pool

no welcome drink; the whole place looks like it could use some more attention - the pool could use a proper scrub and some fresh paint and also a shower (!), the bungalow themselves could use some paint as well; a lot of small ants in our room; the most disappointing thing whatsoever was the restaurant - the food is of rather poor qualitiy, although rather pricey, the so called "famous fried chicken" was super dry, the "chicken adobo" was bony and boring, the "chicken curry" was very bony and the little meat there was was just halfway cooked, for a place like this the quality of the restaurant is just not sufficient

The location, the owner is incredibly attentive and the vibe is generally very kind and chill.

We found the hotel due to a last-minute cancellation of our boat, and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us. So far, this has been one of our best stays in the Philippines. The hotel is located far from the city (50 minutes by scooter), which makes for a peaceful stay while still allowing access to activities such as kayaking, visiting beautiful beaches, and taking part in the tours offered by the hotel. We did the Black Island tour, and it was simply magical—without being overcrowded with tourists and featuring stunning beaches. The included breakfast was also delicious, as was the rest of the menu for lunch and dinner. There was a great variety of options, and it was one of the best places we ate—the fried calamari was especially delicious. A special thanks to Ra, the owner, who welcomed us warmly from the beginning to the end of our stay. She took care of us throughout, ensuring everything went smoothly and making things easier for us. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. We even extended our stay by an extra day just to enjoy the place a little longer, and we would recommend it without hesitation. The fact that our room didn’t have Wi-Fi was also a big plus, as it allowed us to disconnect even more.

Pricey, most of the island hopping we had you have to travel to Coron and each way is 2500 pesos .. food is okay .. going to their restaurant is far, too many steps, for a person like me with Asthma, can’t do it especially if the weather is too hot ..

Only the location is to like, although they are not taking advantage of it, since they don’t care about the situation of their facilities.

I’ve seen similar “bad” comments for this hotel here in booking and I’m happy that there is still people some common sense . BUGS EVERYWHERE, because the windows don’t close and there is no bug net , STAINS of smashed bugs/insects everywhere , gecko (tiny lizard) tiny POOP everywhere, dust and ,of course windows completely dirty. Housekeeping and maintenance are completely FORGOTTEN in this place. As for the restaurant and staff , NOT friendly enough , it would feel like you are bothering them , plus we waited 1hour to eat even though everything is basically frozen, so a little bit more of reaction and REAL smiles would have helped. To sum up : Service was super slow and low standard. Owner and manager where are you ?? BE PRESENT! IMPROVE!! Too expensive for what it is .
