Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Empfehlung: Der Beach Club nebenan ist deutlich besser was das Essen angeht und es gibt Sonnenschirme.

Leider die größte Enttäuschung unserer Reise. Für den hohen Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut nicht. Das Essen war schwach – direkt am ersten Abend ist unser Chicken Wrap beim Anheben zerbröselt, trotzdem zahlt man hier deutlich zu viel für solche Qualität. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr klein und schwach. Eine „Portion Kaffee“ ist angeblich inkludiert, aber für einen simplen Americano werden 150 Pesos extra verlangt – das ist schlicht nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Service war dabei wenig entgegenkommend unf wirkte nicht, als hätte es Lust auf seine Arbeit. Die Anlage wirkt alt, der Pool ist nicht besonders einladend und es gibt keinen einzigen Sonnenschirm. Das Zimmer war extrem spärlich eingerichtet (kein Schrank, kein Tisch, kein Stuhl und eine einzige Steckdose im ganzen Zimmer inkl. Bad). Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen – etwa eine Stunde bis nach Coron Town. Ohne Roller kommt man praktisch nirgendwo hin, allerdings kann man im Hotel nur 8-Stunden-Pakete für 800–1000 Pesos buchen, selbst wenn man nur kurz zum Essen fahren möchte. Für diese Lage ist das einfach unpraktisch.

Pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire (donc pas de café / ni de thé)mauvaise isolation donc même avec la clim toute la faune s invite dans le logement. Le petit déjeuner parlons en ; boissons en supplément c est a dire the, café, jus de fruits je crois que c'est la première fois que vois ça pour ce prix. Sinon les chambres ; pas de séparation entre la chambre et les wc, pas de chaises, pas de table, pas de rangement heureusement qu on avait un lit fallait pas être regardant sur l'hygiène (oreillets moisies). Établissement qui a dû avoir son heure de gloire mais qui malheureusement ne tient pas à garder son prestige . Vieillissant et peu entretenu cet établissement risque de devoir baisser ses tarifs. Le prix est exorbitant vu les prestations. Mais sur Coron il est vrai que le choix est réduit.

Il personale non è adeguato, il cibo è scadente, la colazione misera, notevole il sovrapprezzo sui servizi. La baia non è balneabile per via delle meduse

Attente des plats au petit déjeuner si on a pas précommandé (on a du manger en 5 minutes) et également lors du repas du soir (du coup la cuisine a fermé avant le dessert) Attention hôtel situé à 45 minutes de voiture de la ville de Coron avec des transferts facturés 2500 pesos

Our room was nicely located on top of the hill with a sea view terrace, the room itself (small villa) was very clean and comfy, quiet with a good Aircon. The outside can be noisy depending on the neighbors.

The restaurant food and service was definitely not the highlight of the stay so we ended up going elsewhere for F&B after several disappointments.

The staff was phenomenal! We loved it but be aware that the location is 45-min west of Coron town so expect to be in a more isolated area. We needed distilled water and they accommodated perfectly prior to our arrival. Whatever you need, if you give them a heads up, they will not fail to deliver. They were even able to do our laundry the day before we left! Not only did they wash our clothes and the cloth hamper as well, but they folded it - it was extremely thoughtful as they made sure that they didn’t put clean clothes in a dirty hamper. Christopher was the best!! He was with us during our private, well-curated boat trips. Rather than pre-ordering lunch (additional charge but worth every penny) for the boat tours, they grilled on the beach and provided various fruits, meats, and seafood like shrimp and their local dish, lobster, which was my favorite, as well as grilled liempo, and chicken. For the private boat tours ($288), I simply communicated all the locations that we wanted to visit and the front desk organized it all for us. The sunset and sunrise views are unreal. Our Sunset casita had the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. We will definitely be back.

Not a problem for me but just be aware that the resort sits along the cliff so there are lots of stone steps in order to get to your room and to the restaurant and to the dock. But it’s absolutely beautifully constructed with stone and very safe so long as you’re mindful of your step.

Ottima colazione, personale veramente disponibile soprattutto Norbert che si è fatto in quattro per farci sentire veramente in un ambiente familiare!
