USThis is a bit a mixed review. We had booked the Andy suite almost one year ago in advance. When we arrived, we were put in a different suite. It was also very large, but no windows in any of the rooms except ones facing inside the hotel. It felt very claustrophobic despite the large size of the room. Sort of like staying in an underground bunker. The double head shower however was nice and shower was hot after few minutes. The large king size bed was very comfortable. The suite had fun design features. The suite shows some wear as it was probably cheaply made though it looks great. There were no other guests ever which I found weird. Our original suite had apparently been rented out to somebody for several months. We did complain about our switch in rooms and the hotel was very receptive after I got Booking.Com Involved. They offered to refund one night or give us two extra free nights which I thought was a fair deal. The staff at the hotel were a mixed bag. Some super friendly, some persistently annoyed by us, and some who did not speak one word of English.

My new favorite place to stay in Qro. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent friendly staff. Great location for exploring Centro Historico. I'll make this my home base when I visit.

This chic botique hotel in downtown Queretaro is great. It's on the edge of the downtown neighborhood. It's a great option if you need a nice place to stay for a quick trip. I've stayed here a few times in the past and the hotel rooms could use an update. A new coat of paint would go a long way.

Nice place, pool is not available for the season, it’s not heated. Our room was good but with no windows that’s the only part that we don’t liked . But in general it’s a good and centric place to stay.
