Lo que no me gustó fue que tenía la forma de pago al llegar al hotel y no lo respetaron, me cargaron a mi tarjeta el costo total de las habitaciones un día antes de mi llegada
CONVENIENT LOCSTION AN FRIENDLY SERVICE
Rooms all opened onto the main lobby which was pretty noisy. Elevator was painfully slow and woman at reception when we checked in at 5 pm yesterday was not friendly at all. Not enough light in the rooms. Pretty dark and small for a standard Queen. Also NO hot water at all
It is a nice beautiful hotel closed to everything in Queretaro.
Everyone was friendly and super helpful.

Es un hotel con interiores muy lindos. Eso sí el internet o wifi vuela. Sin duda una de las mejores opciones para el área centro de Querétaro. Su personal muy amable. Tiene una terraza para ver los atardeceres vale la pena
Muy binito limpio centrico y camas deliciosasssss
El servicio fue bastante malo , no había agua caliente había que hablar para que encendieran el calentador. Se nos dio un vino sin manera de abrirla ni en que tomarle literal la botella. Elevador sin funcionar adecuadamente. Tenía un poco de olor el cuarto no tan agradable. Servicio no del todo cordial sobre todo de una chica.
