1st of all we arrived extremely late due to lost of construction was told on the phone our reservation would be canceled called again and was told ok come in. When we got there the hotel smelled like smoke, wet & just dirty. The room had riches in the shower & RR called reception they never answered. The 5th floor has fans trying to dry the walls that have water marks and carpets were moldy and smelled horrible! Will never stay here again! It was almost 2am & I was looking for other hotels but no luck. If I would have known never would have stayed there. Then still got charged another $50 who knows for what!

Hurricane hit the early morning after my first of three nights stay… rain was coming in the room was moved, no electricity, no food or drink - all due to the weather which is understandable. Near 12 noon once the rain slacked up we checked out in hopes to find food/water in speaking to front desk i was told I had to contact hotel.com for refund of other two nights in which was DENIED! After several phone calls the decision remained the same.

Smelled of mold cigarettes poor front desk service very dissatisfied

On 5th floor as soon get off elevator horrible smell, roof looked like water damage, there was tree like growing thru it.

The property is under kept and has the smell of mold.

We had a reservation, fly into the city and drive to the hotel ONLY to find out it was closed due to the inclement weather. (Which is understandable) However, I never received notice of the hotel closure either from hotel or booking site. I literally had no hotel room. All the surrounding hotels were either booked or closed. I am extremely disappointed that I wasn’t at least notified. I will think twice before staying at this hotel chain again.

The carpets smelled very musty & main hallway carpets were wet. But my room was comfy, clean & quiet. The pool was filthy. I imagine this is because of the recent hurricane. The cost of the room was $200 a night w/ no free breakfast & 1 roll of toilet paper, so that was surprising to me. There was a lady that worked the desk who made me feel like I was a huge burden because my room key stopped working. I had to go back 3 x to get a key that worked. The entrance doors weren’t opening either. Overall for the price I feel that I overpaid & wish there was more offered for the price.

This property needs a lot of work. Staff requires a lot customer service training. Many hand sanitizing stations in the lobby did not have hand sanitizer. Ice machines in second and fifth floor were not working. Slow water flow in the bathroom sink of our room. Pool was dirty, No towels available in the finetss room and no Disinfectant spray to wipe down the workout equipment. All this was told to staff and they did nothing to remedy the immediate issues. Staff did not replace sanitizer nor add towels to the fitness even after it was told to them. All this was
