Chăn gối, khăn tắm quá cũ, và còn lắm vết bẩn. Phòng không được dọn chuẩn bị tốt, nền phòng còn quá bẩn, mùi hôi của thức ăn kinh khủng! Bữa sáng cực kì tệ, kiểu làm cho có bữa sáng.
