"Handy location,big climb to bedroom,unlucky with next door neighbour!"

Location was central. Host was welcoming when I first arrived.Price was reasonable in today's hotel market.Bedroom was a decent size.

Lack of soundproofing in my room as I could here next door's TV into the early hours.My sleep was restricted due to this and I didn't feel refreshed when I got up at 8am.

They didnt even listen or attended my calls biggest scam

They will catch you with free cancellation the moment you book they will send you nonrefundable policy so you wont cancel in case of emergency

Decoration / paint finish in room incomplete . Poor door lock into room. Keyhole just fixed with lump of silicon looking gel. Creaky bed and very lumpy pillows.
