"Exceptional"

We had an amazing stay at Crow How. The location is unbeatable, close to Ambleside, Rydal and Grasmere but set back from the chaos. The room was very quiet, and the only sound we heard was an owl. Breakfast was superb and the place had an inviting feel. Thank you to the hosts for putting us up such late notice.

Breakfast was very nice.

The lady who was at breakfast on the first morning was quite sullen and non communicative. No welcome or smile. The lady who served us on the second day was lovely.
