The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were modern and clean, and it is in a great location - only a 5/10 minute walk to Ambleside town centre.

Parking spots get taken fast and there aren’t a lot of them!

The room was spotless! Both the room and the bathroom were flawless in terms of cleanliness. Everything in this property is executed to high standards - overall state of the place, staff, breakfast. All of this while being serene and quiet while being walkable distance from Ambleside. Thank you, will be back!
