Staff were really friendly and helpful. Place was clean and our room was spacious. Breakfast was simple and we were well catered for. We were able to park on the morning of check-in, so we could go for a wander and then check-in later. Hotel is an easy 15 minute walk from Ambleside and it's various amenities.

"Excellent choice to stay when visiting Lake District."

The place is very scenic and its a breadth of fresh air. The backyard view was amazing, you will have to around the house to get there. The staff was amazing and the room was what we expected.
