I loved the set up of the rooms well one of the rooms that I was in

The staff are extremely rude they do not care about anything when it comes to the customers they only care about the Pay. I was moved to another room during my stay which was upstairs and I had just unloaded all of my luggage I had quite a bit there is no elevator and I had to carry it all myself while swap to another room. The room I had been moved to was on the top floor and I did not need a key card to enter all I had to do was push the door and it open right up! A huge safety concern of mine if I left my room that would leave my room up for taking to whom ever if they tried to enter staff is very well aware of it that safety concern and it was concerning how they didn’t even care to hear me out

The Location was perfect for our needs.

The bathroom had cockroaches running around on the floor and counters. When I moved the pillows there were earwigs between them. My grandson pointed out all the cob webs in the corners of the room.

I've read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel just right after I booked for 3 nights, I felt really anxious because of that but it's not that bad acutually and it's very affordable. Every staff I met was really nice. they also clean the room and replace the towels everyday unlike the other budget hotel nearby where I first stayed at for nearly 2 weeks. Cleanliness is okay, some stains on the furniture and lavatory are there due to being old. But overall I enjoyed staying here and will stay again next time.
