They had a balcony which was nice they also had laundry rooms to do laundry soda and ice machines there was also a quiet area to hang out outside

"Prison"

It was like being in prison, mental ward,cock roach motel,a flood area ,only one access. Extire was locked,cockroaches were none stop! Their were people being abused!!! U suck and need be closed!!! Our entry was flooded for more than eleven days! Never got a whole night sleep because of your other assholes living there!! U need to be closed ASAP!

"Great Service When I Needed It Most"

I recently stayed at the Travelodge by Wyndham Bakersfield and wanted to recognize the excellent customer service I received from the general manager, Sanjay. He was incredibly patient, calm, and kind during my check-in, which made a stressful last-minute situation much easier to handle. He took the time to help me get settled, honored the rate I found online, and even let me charge my phone while I got everything sorted out. His friendly and professional attitude made me feel safe and comfortable, and that really meant a lot. The room itself is pretty basic and could definitely use some updates and a deeper level of cleaning, but my room was comfortable enough for the night and the location was convenient. What truly made this stay stand out was Sanjay’s service, he went above and beyond and is the reason I’m giving this a five-star review. Thank you, Sanjay, for your patience and for making sure I had a safe and comfortable place to stay when I needed it most.
