The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. It's very close to the Mitla ruins.

The room was a bit dated and the location was far from the centre.

"Good location, good views, very bad for noise, amenities and security."

Location was good, steep hill to contend with. Great view especially from very top roof level.

There are absolutely no facilities at hotel, the door security is a joke (we stayed in room 14) the very cheapest door handle /lock was only just about attached to the door, but the main concern was the noise, dogs barking until 01.30 then loud music until at least 03.00 with some sort of rocket bang sporadically throughout night - never stayed in such a noisy hotel before, I honestly got barely 2 hours sleep.
