Hotel El Paso

Old, unkept, dirty rooms. Poorly kept.

I had to ask for towels that they did not have at the room. The pool was closed at all time. The curtains where rip as well.

Dirty bath and bed

The first attempt of room 208 smelled like feet. The second room 215 was leaking dirty sewer water.

I booked 3 rooms and had to move out of 1 as soon as I entered the room due to the ac not working at all and it feeling like a sauna in there. The ac in the other rooms were not cold but were tolerable throughout our 3 day stay except on the last day the ac from the room that we were moved into, stopped turning on. The sofa sleepers were stained with what looked like blood or some type of big brown stains. Towels at this hotel are almost nonexistent. Each room only has 2 big towels and 1 washcloth and they are filthy! We couldn’t get replacement towels until the night before check out and of course it was only 2 big towels and 1 washcloth. The pool was closed all throughout our stay. Our keys to all the rooms had to be taken to the front desk to be reprogrammed EVERY TIME we were needing to get into our rooms. The elevator has the 2 lit up at all times so guests will only go to the 2nd floor but we went to the 3rd floor out of curiosity and it is a DISASTER on that floor! I don’t know what happened to the entire 3rd floor to cause it to be unusable. I know this hotel is much cheaper than many others in El Paso but I would much rather pay more for a good hotel where my family and I will sleep comfortably and not wrapped in our own blankets in order to not sleep on anything filthy in this room. The bathtubs are filthy brown so we took showers with our crocs on! The handle in our shower kept coming off and had to be put back in and my son's shower didn’t work at all.

Quick overnight on the way to Las Vegas on 7/19/24. Had requested connecting rooms but were separated which ended up being a non-factor. Standard 2 Queen, comfortable beds and clean, efficient bathroom. One major compliment. Did not get the name of the gentleman working the front desk on the morning of Saturday 7/20, but he overheard me telling my granddaughters that we were leaving too early to get the free breakfast. He stopped as as we walked through the lobby and indicated that the breakfast room was all set up and ready and he opened more than 30 minutes early so we could grab a bite. Great Service!!!

When we arrived to the hotel the room we reserved ended up being given to someone else, they told us if we don't arrived before 6:00 pm, they will sell our room. We were traveling for more than 14 hrs and we had no room afeter booked 3 weeks in advanced. This hotel smell disgusting, humidity problems everywhere, the shower and carpet, old and dirty. It's not a good place to go.

I normally book my own rooms but allowed my daughter to do it. I had already looked into this place and deleted it. I didn't know this is the one she chose, I thought it was the other one about 5 miles back. Anyway, I knew things were gonna be bad when we asked to check in early and they told us that they didn't have any maids. This was the day of the cyber shutdown, so it took a while to even check in. Once we did, I had to ask for another room, which they didn't have, due to my air conditioner not working. It was set for 60 degrees but felt every bit of humid 75. The hotel may be going though renovations and if not, they should! The third floor was not being used. I had heard they let migrants stay there and they did some damage. Anyway, we had to go get cleaning supplies because the bathrooms were disgusting! The toilets had not been cleaned, leaving other folks fecal skid marks. The tubs have the non slip bottoms but they were gross looking. Yeah we bleached it down and bought shower shoes. They didn't have towels available to replace the used ones. The breakfast is very limited...like cereal and some baked goods. The coffee was like colored water. The guy working the front desk was an idiot who only stared at you when you asked questions. And every time I left my room I had to have my key reprogrammed. Since the room was booked via a third party site we couldn't get a refund, which is the only reason we stayed. Please do your research before staying here.

Worst hotel yet, t.v. doesn’t work, phone in room doesn’t work, my room felt like a sauna, went downstairs and clueless man at front desk says there is nothing he can do since he is by himself and can’t give me another room because they are 100% booked
