The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Very good daily housekeeping. Good lift access to rooms. The gentleman who served us in restaurant was very pleasant, helpful and attentive

The bathroom was lovely spacious and very clean but the shower was tricky to manage due to a very odd bath tap at the bottom (there was no bath) which flooded the floor when you turned on the shower so it took a little while to adjust to this, it made showering a bit of a task

The concierge and front desk service were exceptional, great location too

The pleasant staff and clean building was great to see! The hotel held our bags after check out as we had a long time before our flight!

Breakfast was terrible. Really expensive and limited options. What was available was not very good. The distance from popular locations listed on the website was not accurate.

The staff, Henry was very welcoming and helpful, the moment we step in the hotel he made us feel welcome, like we are home away from home. It was such a good feeling after a 13hr flight. The location is perfect, it’s near everything, restaurants, grocery, public transport, eaton mall and Nathan Phillips. The room and its premises were clean.
