Great location right behind Toronto city hall. Every single staff member went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty of seating. We had dinner and drinks in the restaurant and the staff were exceptionally good. Meals were very good and with reasonable pricing for a downtown hotel. Rooms were cozy and clean with coffee and bottled water included.

The staff was very welcoming. Easy check in

Food option could have been better. There are 2 beautiful restaurants but lack dietary needs. I was able to have a very nice breakfast at The Hemisphere.

Location is on a quieter street which is really good but not too far from CN Tower, Union Station, CF Eaton Centre for shopping. Staff are friendly & helpful. Shout out to Timothy at the Front Desk. Also, having a coin operated laundry at the hotel is a big bonus.
