I was in such a hurry that I felt unable to fully enjoy this amazing hotel! Definitely wanna come back another time. Everyone was amazing there and took great care of me (great points to receive the guests with a fresh yummy cookie). The room was very clean and comfortable.

The location and the view of the room on higher levels

Needs some renovation, rooms are a bit on the tighter end. Staff can be more helpful in some facilities. The rate is high for what you get, not actually worth the value, even taking into consideration timing of booking around world cup.

"It was fine except for the $50 which you owe me."

On check in I was charged $50 on My Visa card which I was assured would be removed when checking out. It still shows on my bank statement. PLEASE REVERSE THIS CHARGE ASAP.
