"Wonderful time!"

Our room was lovely for our 4 night stay. The air conditioner was great for the hot weather. Beds were comfy and we were able to relax. The hotel is in a great area, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. TTC subway is also minutes away. The staff were so friendly and welcoming as well.

"We really enjoyed our stay and our granddaughters had a great time in the pool."

Superb breakfast - great food choices and quality - service was friendly and courteous. The location made it easy to visit different areas of downtown by walking, subway and streetcar. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Lighting in bedroom. No overhead light so used bedside lamps and desk lamp.

Great location in Toronto ,walkable distance to most places that we wanted to visit. Bed was comfortable and room pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very late check in which wasn't a problem.

Beautiful hotel with so many amenities. Amazing fresh warm chocolate chip walnut cookies given on check-in-such a nice touch. Bed and pillows so comfortable. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was lovely!
