"It was okay"

It was comfortable

Staff was not really friendly. Nobody came to the counter for a while and front desk staff were just dry. Zero customer service . Room service was terrible, literally everyday me and my husband had to walk to the person with the cart and get basic items for the room because its was past 2p and no one had came yet .

"Nice off the highway hotel."

Location is convenient to the highway and a short drive into Beloit. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned every day. That is something special these days.

The rooms where very nice and clean and everyone was so nice

They need better stairs for the pool instead of ladders that get very slippery and I really wish they had a hot tub
