Grand Legacy At The Park

We have stayed here before, its location is perfect for walking into the parks

Communication seems to be lacking between booking.com and the hotel. We prepaid for our room through booking, but when checking in at the hotel they it didn’t show on their end. They said our payment confirmation didn’t mean anything to them since we didn’t pay through them directly. While trying to resolve it they took our card for incidentals and tried to charge us the full amount for the room without telling us, then said that we could contact booking for a refund. After 30 minutes of going back and forth and someone else looking into it, they confirmed that it had in fact been paid. They did give us free parking for the inconvenience, but they do need to improve their communication with 3rd party booking sites.

Check in service. First he(I don’t remember his name) did not accommodate us in a interconnecting rooms as requested previously and later at night we have to check in again with another lady who did change it as requested previously for us.
