Proximity to Disneyland.

Staff unhelpful with resolving reservation issue. Hotel would not respond to Booking.com. Staff directed my to nonexistent vending machine. Another vending machine was out of order. A third vending machine took my money and did not dispense anything. Room was gloomy. Beds were uncomfortable. AC emitted smoke smell of you e tried to set it to keep a temperature.

Localização, bem próxima a entrada dos parques da Disney. Na verdade isso é a única coisa que salva nesse hotel sujo. Só não dei nota zero por causa da localização.

Esse hotel cobra um preço altíssimo por conta da localização próxima a Disney e só por isso as pessoas ficam la. O preço é muito alto, cobram pelo estacionamento, não tem café da manhã e o hotel é velho e muito sujo. Mas muito sujo mesmo. Mal cheiro no quarto, tudo empoeirado e encontramos baratas 2 vezes no nosso quarto. Matamos uma barata e deixamos a barata morta no banheiro. Arrumaram o quarto e a barata morta continuou lá até o dia seguinte. Nojo desse lugar!!!
