Comfort Inn Phoenix Central City

The evening staff was not very helpful. The first room wasn’t cleaned, the second room the refrigerator wasn’t cold and he did not want to give us another room. The morning staff was very nice and helpful.

This property was in a horrible location the room was dirty. Other prior staging at the property were loud.

I liked that I was checked in fast

I asked for a non smoking room and when we opened the room door it smelled like cigarette smoke and at night in the bathroom we saw cockroaches baby ones and medium sized ones and they were also on top of dresser behind the tv where the little coffee tray was. The baby roaches ran to the coffee tray I was disgusted and definitely did not want to drink coffee or eat anything in there.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel room was clean but did smell a little like someone had possibly smoked cigars. The towels were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel cost was extremely reasonable. I also liked that you had to enter the lobby to access the rooms. I have already booked my next stay in October!

The water was very loud. The pipes sounded like they were banging. It wasn't a big deal at all but simply stating the truth.

Good pricing on rooms

The staff was really nice and friendly they did the best they could.

There were roaches. Ran out of towels. Had to use large pool towels.
