Der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels und die Sauberkeit entspricht nicht den Erwartungen. Dass das Hotel die Übernachtung trotz vollständiger Bezahlung beim Einchecken nach Abreise als unbezahlt meldet, verstärkt den schlechten Eindruck.

Frühstück und Nachtessen waren gut. Pool sah schön aus haben wir nicht gebraucht.

Zimmer ok, sauber. Etwas eng auf einer Seite um in Bett zu steigen. WC unbrauchbar für Personen die gross oder behindert sind. Offene Tür geht nach innen auf ins WC, wenn man im WC steht, kann man die Türe nicht schliessen, da kein Platz vorhanden ist.

Location was key

We had to wait for dinner: if we were to come back here I’d either try to pre-book or book immediately after checking in. The hotel had AC but it struggled to keep the room sufficiently cool during the heatwave.
