"beaucoup de dysfonctionnements pour cette gamme"

clim en panne et ventilateurs sous dimensionnés et sur demande uniquement diner pas possible, personnel pas enclin à trouver une solution, reception n'a pas mentionné à l'arrivée que le restaurant doit être sur réservation. bref, pour un Novotel, très en dessous de ce qu'on peut attendre

"Fijne plek om even een nacht te verblijven met een fijn zwembad erbij."

Met de warmte was het fijn om een zwembad te hebben. De bar was prima voor elkaar en qua eten was het redelijk tot goed. Algemeen voldeed het aan onze wensen, ook omdat er in de buurt nog makkelijk winkels aanwezig zijn. Het hotel wordt als kindvriendelijk aangemerkt en dit is wat ons betreft ook echt het geval.

In het restaurant liepen ze aardig over en was er te weinig personeel, dit zorgde hier en daar voor wat irritatie. Rustig aan en geduld is het advies! :)
