"Gute Lage mit kleinen Schwächen."

Gute Lage, Zimmer nicht außergewöhnlich aber OK. Bad sauber und OK, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, die wichtigen Busse fahren vor dem Hotel ab und auch zu. In die Altstadt braucht man mit dem Bus 10 Minuten. Großer Park vor der Tür obwohl die Gegend sehr befahren ist. Zimmer hinten raus aber sehr ruhig.

Beim Frühstück viel los, es geht sich gerade aus aber das Gedränge zB. beim Brot ist ein bisschen unangenehm. Leider nur Automatenkaffee, selbst an der Bar gibts keine Espressomaschine, keine Kaffeehäferl, nur Einheitsgläser für alles. Ein Salz und ein Pfefferstreuer für den gesamten Frühstücksraum. Also nicht zu viel erwarten. Leider keine Parkplätze vorhanden, man muss in der öffentlichen Garage gegenüber parken, kein Kostenvorteil für Hotelgäste, für einen Tag rund 20 Euro.

"Friendly staff but old facility"

Convenient location next to the bus stop and tram station. Very nice restaurant with sofa in both inside and outside, free water service, and friendly and kind staff at the reception.

Although we stayed superior room, the shower room’s pipe was clogging. It didn’t repaired until our last day while we complained about it at the first day. It was disappointing. Also, the extra bed was hard and tough so that my child couldn’t sleep well.

Le confort et l’amabilité du personnel

Je pense ne pas avoir compris mais je trouve ça étrange d’écrire parking privé dans la réservation de l’hôtel et une fois arrivé sur place le parking n’est pas du tout celui de l’hôtel ! Et qu’il a fallu payer 80€ la semaine…
