Great location, comfortable beds and great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

Gym was a bit basic

No air conditioning dirty bath

La literie est très confortable et les chambres sont bien isolées pour le bruit.

La propreté des chambres, beaucoup de poussières, la moquette tachée à divers endroits, piscine non chauffée.

J’ai été surclassée (bonne surprise !) et ma chambre avait été rénovée contrairement à l’une de mes collègues. Donc coup de bol pour ma part. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Rien à redire. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et a l’écoute des clients.

Le manque de places de parking devant l’hôtel (5 places) pour un hôtel de plus de 100 chambres 😵‍💫 Parking public payant en traversant le boulevard en face de l’hôtel mais ce dernier est un vrai labyrinthe avec un dédale de couloirs .. à se perdre 😵‍💫 L’acoustique des chambres reste moyen. Pensez aux boules Quies !

Gym. I booked this hotel after cancelling different one due to not having gym but Novotel gym got only cardio equipment , we didnt even use it at the end and paid external gym instead

We recently spent four nights at the Novotel Nice Centre Vieux Nice, and overall, it served as a fantastic hub for our family's first real taste of the Côte d'Azur. Location, Location, Location The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. If you are planning to explore beyond Nice, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. • Transport: It’s incredibly convenient for train travel, making day trips along the coast a breeze. • Old Nice: A very short, manageable walk for the kids to get into the heart of Vieux Nice, where we spent our evenings wandering the markets and grabbing gelato. Dining & Breakfast The breakfast spread was impressive. There was plenty of variety to keep both an 8-year-old and a picky 5-year-old happy. • The Pros: High-quality options and a good mix of hot and cold items. • The Cons: It does get very hectic during peak morning hours. We noticed the staff struggled a bit to keep up with restocking certain items during the rushes, so maybe head down a little earlier if you want the full selection without the wait. The Rooms We found the rooms to be perfectly acceptable for a family of four. • Space: Enough room to navigate without tripping over suitcases. • Condition: The decor is looking a little "tired" in certain spots—some scuffs on the walls and older fixtures—but it was purely aesthetic. Everything was clean and functional, which is what matters most. The Verdict The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which goes a long way when you’re traveling with young children. While it might not be "ultra-luxury," it is an ideal stop-off point for anyone looking to see the best of the region without the stress of difficult commutes. We’d definitely consider staying here again for the convenience alone!
