"Stay away"

Stayed one night, which wasn't bad and then got delayed because of weather so tried to stay a second night and some young kid tried to upsell us just to stay the second night after we already young kids booked through a third-party agent,. Instead of fixing the problem the kid escalated it. Ended up getting a room at a higher quality hotel for the same price.

The staff tried to sell the second night of our stay and did not even attempt to cure the problem.

"Would stay here again! Pet friendly, very accommodating, gets the job done"

Location was great, only 20 minutes from everything we wanted to see, lots of food options nearby and close to the highway. Really enjoyed the free breakfast. Staff was also amazing and did a great job at making us feel welcome. The common areas were clean and bright and looked very nice.

Room smelled musty upon entering, and there was a big stain on the carpet (thought it was water but it never went away). We were situated near the back door and it slammed any time anyone came in or left waking us up in the middle of the night. The tub faucet leaked and the room itself feels in need of an update.

Location is ideal

Outrageous pet fees; while grateful to stay with our pets, the fee of $30 per dog is highway robbery. Our poodles are polite and tidy guests , don’t shed or damage anything, we clean up after them . Our pet fees equaled the rate of our room. I feel like this is gouging the pet travelers, especially responsible ones.

Fridge didn't work. Gave us another room, went to the room and it had clothes and boxes in it! Also the bed's where All messed up!!!!! We went to another hotel, not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was sparce and had a few Asian beetles in our room.
