Hyatt Place San Antonio Riverwalk

One of my best Hyatt place experience's in the past 12 months. The Hotel appears to be newly renovated... smelled fresh in the hallways, rooms and lobby. I had an excellent check in -check out experience, Housekeeping met expectations. I took advantage of the hotel lobby bar and menu a couple of times with colleagues. The beer is ice cold and the bartenders give a generous pour. The general manager Mr. Nadar has his office adjacent the lobby and when available takes an interest in the guest's who visit, his door is always open. The back side of the Hotel faces the riverwalk ( did not use the riverwalk or the outside pool ). Parking is available with night time security in the parking lot. The bedding was great! some of my best sleep this year. If visiting San Antonio looking for comfort and value and fantastic guest care give the Hyatt Place a try.

A conveniently located hotel, just blocks south of downtown San Antonio. The hotel is well maintained and the free breakfast was above average.

Having to pay for parking. $30 a night.

El lugar con el sendero del río atrás. La pileta. Todo muy nuevo y bien mantenido. Microondas en cada piso. Habitación muy amplia.

El baño era ínfimo. Complicado para cerrar la puerta. Desayuno muy básico para el tipo de hotel.
