"Great location along the Riverwalk and close to the Alamo"

Great location on the Riverwalk. We could easily get to restaurants, the Alamo, and other venues simply by walking. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a small bar that serves a few meals. The breakfast was included and had many options. The pool was clean and refreshing. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Relaxing comfort"

Rooms are clean and Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good and options changed daily. I highly recommend staying here, in fact when I return, Hyatt Place will be my choice again.

"Nice place"

Close to the river walk, very nice motel, would stay again. The rooms are spacious, except the bathrooms--very small and hard to get in. Breakfast as good--staff nice.

"Bad attitude"

Unfriendly staff except for one employee. The unannounced $200 security deposit was shocking as well which at this point has not refunded yet
