Mercure Vichy

A great location close to the shops and main tourist sites .The rooms were pleasant and quiet

It was scruffy , cigarette buts by the front door , carpets stained by bleach . I expected better from a Mercure Hotel .Clearly not the fault of the Hotel but there was also an ongoing excavation with the extracted soil formed in mounds ,giving the impression of a bomb site.

The room was a nice size and had a mini bar to keep my dog's food cold.

The carpeting was badly stained which made it look dirty, although it was clean to the touch.

very old property and needs a lot of refurbishment, the hotel is in a very bad condition.

There was no pool at advertised.

Déçu pour un Hôtel Mercure ! Moquettes et boiseries très dégradées. Ne vaut pas le prix facturé auquel il faut ajouter le parking à 15 euros par jour ! Point positif le petit déjeuner.

The location was perfect The rooms were clean and large

So tired in need of complete update Car park in hotel expensive at £15 a day even when staying at hotel Advertised as therma spa however not clear that this is for local patients only to access for medical appointments and the spa / pool that you can access as a guest you have to pay separately and wear speedos and swim hats otherwise cannot use Also no mention of the building works / archeological on site digging taking place Air con was completely inadequate/ fan was better. Expensive as better local alternatives for better price

Good location close to the centre.

The access was difficult due to road works. I am sure it would be very different once these have been finished.

Extremement déçu pour un mercure. L'hôtel est dans son jus, tout est veillot. Et surtout, nous avions pris cet hôtel pour la clim, nous avons eu 25 degrés toute la nuit en mettant la clim a fond. Le salon petit-déjeuner n'est pas climatisé, il faisait super chaud. Globalement très déçu, surtout à ce prix là, on s'attend vraiment à mieux. Désolé, on aime pas critiquer mais là, la déception est vraiment trop grande.
