Everything is newly renovated, smells of new! All is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and professional. The lobby is quite modern and nicely decorated.

The cleaning staff is excessively noisy in the early morning, talking among themselves instead of respecting the quiet hours when guests expect to relax — not be woken up by their conversations.

Pas de douche au sol, toujours escalader une baignoire.... Avec trois prothèses, ça reste délicat et dangereux !!! Ne pouvez-vous pas ajouter le critère de sélection pour une douche italienne ?

Ο θόρυβος από τις εργασίες ανακαίνισης, η μυρωδιά της μπογιας παντού. Επίσης, όταν χρειάστηκα γιατρό ή υποδοχή δεν ήξερε να με βοηθήσει ούτε υπήρχε συνεργασία του ξενοδοχείου με κάποιο γιατρό.

Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely care.

It was surrounded by construction and is in desperate need of renovations itself. The building, fittings and furniture are very tired and run down.

Very very noisy from around 06.00 plus strong cooking smells from the kitchen.

Delightful staff - Henrique was especially helpful on arrival, with loads of local advice. Location could not have been better. . We slept well in the very comfortable beds. A generous breakfast buffet with good quality produce and lots of choice.

This hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. Despite high standards of cleanliness, decor is tired, curtain linings torn and corridors are depressing and in need of decoration. More like 2 stars than 4!! Parking is secure but cost a lot for just one night's stay.
