There was no shampoo or body wash.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that our "handicap accessible" room was on the third floor... And their elevators had just broken down. (I cannot walk up stairs.) According to the receptionist, there were no rooms available on the first floor. After a bit, the receptionist called over the manager who seemed a little perturbed that he had to move us to a first floor room.

Hotel needs to be moderate. Toilet is for a child size made for short people.

Excellent customer service

Room was as you would expect for what you pay, which is why I gave it the 3 stars instead of 1. But the stains on the carpet were really bad and the room stunk like dog pee. There were mosquitoes in the room and I got bit a few times. The muffins and juice were a nice touch.

The room needs some renovations.

Not much to like, the lights came on when you hit the switch Every thing else in this place is terrible No shower, no amenities in the room, pool wasn’t working because of the pump, no deadbolt on the door and breakfast was cereal that’s it I wouldn’t stay here if it was the only place open

It was not good. One of the pools was filled with nasty green water.
