The room was warm and cozy, and the comforter was nice too! The mattress was not as comfortable as I had hoped, but it did the job! Service was awesome, and breakfast was yummy!

An update on the mattress, as well as on the shower stall, would be nice. Other than that, everything was great! We really enjoyed out stay!

Clean room, great breakfast just a bit too early if you’re on vacation. My Grandkids loved the indoor pool. Not the most comfortable bed. Overall it was a great place to stay with kids.

Breakfast time could be a bit longer/later . Terrible pillows. Bigger towels

La atención de la recepcionista fue buenísima. De hecho solicité cambio de habitación por temas de ubicación y accedieron inmediatamente. El dormitorio bastante amplio e impecable. 10 puntos para la limpieza

Las almohadas no estaban cómodas. Como sugerencia, actualizar los muebles de la habitación, Solo por temas estética.

Room was spacious and clean with all typical amenities and comfortable beds. A little more dated but the room had a balcony with limited ocean views (not oceanfront). Breakfast was very good with waffles, fruit, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, meat, etc. staff was very helpful, prompt to respond, and friendly. Good value and we would stay again.
