Seabird Lodge Fort Bragg

TV did not work. Hotel staff coud not repair so we changed our plans and waited for staff to bring another TV from a different room and set it up,

Badly stained carpet. Tiny toilet designed for someone under 5 ft tall. Unidentified clinking sound in the wall entire time of visit. Staff could not remedy the problem. Hotel generally dingy and overpriced.

The breakfast was very good. The options varied from cold cereal and yogurt to hot sausage patties with eggs. The waffles were good. Overall the breakfast had a lot of selections for people to choose from. The indoor pool and spa were very clean and well maintained. The room wasn't small or large but it was spacious enough for all four of us. The mini fridge was actually hidden somewhat. It was in a cabinet but that was pretty cool actually.

The only I didn't like which the staff don't have control over is the mattress was a little hard for me but that's a personal choice nothing I would expect them to do anything about.

Really liked how the room looked for the family and really enjoyed how the wifi actually worked! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the pool/hot tub was also a really good feature.

As nice as our room was we were hot! The air didn't seem to work at all so we had to open the door and window for a bit before bed.

Staff was very nice.

Bed was not comfortable, could feel springs. Room was very loud, could hear upstairs/anytime water turned on. Staff was very nice, room was basic but clean. Towels were sad and tiny.

Each staff member was so welcoming, provided great customer service. The breakfast was exceptional felt like a restaurant not what you would expect from a hotel. Did not get to experience the pool but from my balcony I saw that it stayed clean at all times.

The mini fridge was not cold at all so did not use. There was nothing beyond that I felt was negative about.
