Marriott Melville Long Island

Snow not removed from parking spots by Sunday morning even though it snowed Friday into Saturday am. Had to slip and slide thru slush/ice

I arrived at Marriott in Melville at the end of November and am staying until January 4th. Unfortunately at the last minute, I couldn’t move when my movers came to move me out of NY State. So I got stuck here in NY and OH MY GOSH, the entire staff that runs the Marriott (Melville) are all so incredibly helpful, kind, caring, respectful and more! This is where I will stay EVERYTIME I come back to visit NY. But 2 people that STOOD OUT ABOVE & BEYOND ANYTHING ONE COULD HOPE FOR, would be Somiya at the Front Desk and Bash who helped me with my luggage when I arrived & each time I had to move rooms, since I had to stay like 5 weeks. Somiya & Bash would greet me everyday when I came down to the lobby, they asked if I was ok, what they could do to make my stay even better than it was & still is. If I ever had to look for a hotel, I would so hope to find a review like the one I am leaving, as it would make me feel comfortable to know what I would find at the Marriott in Melville.

We recently stayed at the Marriott Melville Long Island hotel December 5th through 8th. We frequently go there since our daughter is in college nearby studying musical theater. For this trip we went to see her perform in Manhattan. The Marriott Melville is situated nearby train stations that make getting to the city very easy, but away from any of the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect and affordable stay to relax after a long day in NYC. The staff is always attentive, the rooms and premises very clean. We really appreciate this hotel.

Yolanda was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, genuine, and incredibly kind. Her positive energy truly made my stay a happy and memorable one. Customer service like hers makes all the difference—thank you, Yolanda!

I spend alot of my time traveling. I always stay at the Melvile Marriott when I am in Long Island NY. I arrived at the Melville Mariott this week after a long travel day, I was greeted by Ayesha when I checked in. She was extremely friendly and could tell I had a long day. Recognizing that, she said "let me get you checked in a quickly as I can so you can get settled in and relax." She offered me a bottle of water and had me on my way. Throughout my stay, anytime I was in the lobby she smiled and asked if I was enjoying my stay. It is people like Ayesha that influence my decision as which hotel I will chose. Thumbs up to Ayesha and the Melvile Matiott. Rich Z.

It was overall the Best hotel i stayed at So far in the 9yrs of using Marriott Hotel . I would like to give a Big shout out to Awan who checked me in . He was very informative and helpful . I knew everything i needed to know befor i left that front desk. I was only supposed to stay one night but it was so nice i had to stay two!!! And also i have to mention Yolanda for recommending the Marriott Melville Hotel. If you are coming to Long Island you should definitely consider this place!!!! I will be returning!!

I’m not sure if this is being published by TripAdvisor I have fill this out 10x and I have yet to see it on your site. It makes me feel so bad because the staff at the Melville Marriott is the best I have ever experienced and they deserve to be appreciated and acknowledged. Especially jasquey the front desk supervisor she greets me like I’m family.

The staff at this hotel truly made my stay unforgettable from the moment I arrived every team member I interacted with was warm attentive and genuinely committed to providing excellent service but somiaya truly stood out from the moment I arrived
