We stayed at this hotel because Our daughter had a couple of soccer games around here, the hotel staff is very friendly, the bartender Jairo is great we love his energy and his happiness, we will see you soon my friend

"Double charged"

We stayed on Valentine’s Day with our family. The hotel was very nice, however we were double charged for our room. Once by the third party and then by the hotel. The hotel has given myself and my husband the run around about reimbursing us by saying they couldn’t find the charge, even though the corporate office confirmed they can see it. We normally stay at Hilton properties but ventured out to Marriott because the hotel had what we needed. Unfortunately going forward we will think twice again because it has been such a mess

The ambient of the place is very beautiful well kept clean, as you walk in the staff at the desk greet in a nice way the room was clean smell really nice as u walk in plus the restaurant & staff was nice definitely will come back again

"M Club Flub"

I have stayed here many times in the past but very disappointed with this stay! I love to stay at the Marriott because I can work and have meetings in the M club, However I have never been to a Marriott M club that does not have snacks throughout the day! Come on, don't be so cheap, your rates didn't drop. I can stay at the Hilton and not get snacks during the day. The rather rude young man in the club told me nothing until 5:00 pm
