The stay was awesome. The staff was awesome.

The valet was great! Very helpful! The check in went very smoothly

The next morning I had medical appointments, my friend went out to walk the dog and realized they had only given us one room key. I talked to the desk clerk, but she refused to let her into the room. Made her wait in the lobby for two and a half hours until I returned. I had reserved the room for the next night, but upon checking out, they gave me a bill for 285.00 on top of the 146 I paid the night before. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Conveniently located in an area where there is a lot to do, the property building has a great location and look. The fitness gym is superb!

Attente très longue pour se faire servir le petit déjeuner avec un accueil pas très agréable de la personne en charge du service restauration. Le lit était petit et le matelas mou. En sortant de l'ascenseur pour nous rendre à notre chambre, un gros bout de moquette vert était collé avec du scotch et était taché (pas très fun et classe). L'extérieur de l'hôtel était en rénovation au niveau de la facade et l'accès a été très difficile.
