Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown by IHG

Stílusos, jól karbantartott városi hotel, kifejezetten jó belvárosi elhelyezkedéssel. A szoba tiszta, modern, az ágy kényelmes, az összhatás rendezett és igényes. A személyzet korrekt és segítőkész, a check-in/check-out gördülékeny volt. Városnézéshez és rövid üzleti tartózkodáshoz ideális választás.

Különösebb negatívum nem merült fel, legfeljebb apró, nem zavaró részletek.

Modern, tiszta és jól felszerelt szálloda, kényelmes szobával és kiváló elhelyezkedéssel a belvárosban. A személyzet professzionális és segítőkész volt, a be- és kijelentkezés gyorsan és gördülékenyen ment. Rövid tartózkodásra is ideális választás.

Nem tapasztaltunk olyan körülményt, ami rontotta volna az összképet.

Cleanliness, friendly staff

1. TV remote did not work and when I called th front desk they said they would check into it and never returned my call. 2. It took over 5 minutes to make the shower warm- it was either super hot or cold. Plus, the drain was very slow so you were standing in water as you showered

The location, bed and set up of the apartment was great. The only bad things are not controlled by the owners so i definitely recommend the space itself.

1) I had some one, likely homeless, follow myself and my wife from a nearby intersection to try and follow us in to the property. They clearly weren’t supposed to get in so you just have to be careful who is nearby as homeless folks may attempt to get in behind you. 2) for some reason, a road work crew decided it was necessary to start drilling into the middle of the road at 7 am on a Sunday morning. Absolutely nuts. Worst way to wake up but not the property’s fault to be sure.
