The Huntley Hotel

I loved every minute in this hotel. My room was very spacious and pristine, and had a gorgeous ocean view. Service was attentive and prompt. My only minor gripe is that the gym is very small; but other than that my stay was PERFECTION.

Hotel and stay were great. My only gripe is they seem to only have one person at check-in/checkout who is also answering the telephone, so waits are too high

I don’t like how “amenities” charge of $35 per day includes a small gym, nespresso coffee pods and daily house keeping but then you also pay tax on the amenities fee of $5.25 as well. Why do have to pay tax on that? Also, it’s $68 per night for car parking so that’s an additional $217 plus whatever you pay for your nightly room fee. Just FYI

Was treated terribly by a gentleman at front desk multiple times. As if I was a crook for requesting a late check out as a gold member. Was ‘granted’ a late check out of one hour to 1 pm, however was expected to know that my card would stop working at the normal check out hour of 12 pm And was made feel like I was trying to take advantage of the system when asked if I could have my card activated to access my room at 12:45 pm Also was told I was not ‘eligible’ for a room upgrade (that I never asked for) Will not stay here again solely due to service

wonderful restaurant with outstanding views

This was our first stay at The Huntley. We ate dinner at their Penthouse restaurant on the 18th floor. Lovely watching the sunset while enjoying an amazing meal. It may have been our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last!

It was just OK. Staff was wonderful and in a great location right on the coast. The room was OK; some elements could have used a refresh and there were a few elements of cleanliness that were missed throughout.
