The hotel is nice. It is convenient to many things. We could see the ocean from our room. I was a little surprised with the $68 parking charge.

Amazing staff, great location, room was impeccable.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The bathroom smelled like sulfur the whole time. The valet was rude and not prompt. They took over 20 mins to get my car brought to the front. When the valet was rude I tried to contact the manager of the hotel and left a voicemail just to ensure no guest goes through the rudeness I experienced and no one gave me a call back which was super disappointing.

Room was very comfy and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of the ocean.

everything was very nice. The welcome from the staff and check in was great. But when i got to my room - it seemed as if we received the lesser version of a room … the toilet was crooked (there was no stand it was on the wall and at slant) and the recess lighting in the bathroom was hanging a little bit. Overall it is a very nice property, professional staff, and beautiful area

Wonderful hotel with Hollywood glam vibe. Service and facilities were outstanding. Penthouse restaurant with food that matched the fabulous views. Hot tub area very relaxing. One block from the beach but very walkable area.

Good place to stay in a nice location, clean and much to do in the area. Staff was polite but did take a long time and had to be reminded of requests.

Bathtub was backing up at night even though we didn't use it. Wifi issues were not being resolved. Shampoo containers not filled regularly and bathrobes not replaced after laundry.
