The staff and managers are really nice and friendly, location is great, just the room is a bit old and cleanliness can be slightly improved.

Front desk lady was very rude attitude it was a misunderstanding and results is they took my stuff out my room and put it in front by the front desk which I was very upset the manager who worked there was very rude

The room was clean

The bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were small and flat. Tub was old and worn. Long hair in tub. I refused to shower in it. Walls are thin, could hear people talking in other rooms and there was a loud noise from other rooms when they were using shower.

Lo Malo la persona que estuvo de turno no quiso entregarnos la habitacion porque la reserva la habia hecho mi prima a su nombre yo llegada loa Correos de confirmacion pero no fue suficiente para el conserge y me hizo comprar una nueva reserva esa misma noche y no pude usar la que ya tenia hecha.
