"Stay is mostly good, for the most part- security guard, NOT SO MUCH!!!!!"

Just about everything

I make a complaint, comment on 1 of my last stay’s here & no one have contacted me about it. To me it’s a very serious thing, the security guard that come to work between 10pm & 11pm, needs to be addressed! I’m again, waiting for someone to contact me on this, I have been staying here a lot lately, I would hate to find another hotel to give my $ to, just because you all say contact you & you NEVER get back to me…. Not good
