"Excellent Family Value and Warm Management and Staff!"

The Embassy Suites Boca Raton is a great value for families considering the roomy suites, excellent made to order breakfast, cocktail reception every night and beautiful atrium facility which is bright and open and feels very safe to me. The lobby renovation is beautiful and the staff is excellent! Looking forward to the room renovations this summer and hopefully some brightening up of the pool area too for our month long stay next March. Thanks to all, especially Lou who made it happen for us everyday!

"Overall I had a great stay at Embassy, it provided an environment of great hospitality."

The lobby was beautiful! The room was spacious! Loved to have my own microwave. Hospitality was great, concierge, restaurant staff, bartenders all had the best personalities.

My room was too dark. Definitely would want brighter lights/lamps. One of my lamps in the bedroom did not work. My restroom did not have any hand soap provided.

Soy cliente habitual de la cadena,siempre buena relación precio calidad,suites cómodas, desayuno aceptable, atención acorde...

Al llegar notamos restos de materia fecal en el inodoro, lo que nos hizo dudar seriamente del aseo del baño, entendemos que fue un problema puntual y no repetitivo de otras experiencias, pero esta vez cero en limpieza...

"Lou The Mayor at this location is simply outstanding!!!"

We had a reservation, but arrived to this location very early, not at all expecting to be able to get a room as early as we arrived, and we were fine with waiting until regular check-in time. The front desk staff member "Lou The Mayor" was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! He set us up with a comfortable place to wait and enjoy breakfast while he had a room prepared on the double. It was ready way earlier than anticipated. Throughout our short wait he personally checked on us and updated us on the room status. Throughout our stay he communicated with us and offered good recommendations. Customer service really cannot be performed better that Lou did it - he is the best. He is an outstanding personal asset to this establishment!!!

"clean and sufficient - overpriced"

Staff was friendly, breakfast was average. might have been short staffed. Items remained unfilled. Hotel was clean. Double suite appeared to be a king turned into a double. One Bed clear up against drapes/window and other bed flat against wall. Could only get out of each bed on one side. Extremely inconvenient. Normal space in the middle between beds notled us to believe it was furnished incorrectly.

The hotel was great overall — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also very tasty and a nice addition to the stay. However, I had an issue with the front desk. The staff initially refused to provide a receipt, which was quite frustrating. Only after some discussion and insistence did they finally give it to me. This situation left a negative impression.
