"A great visit , very professional and accommodating staff."

I did not have breakfast, but will on my next visit.

I hope they will add another chair in a two bed room. We needed more comfortable seating.

The staff was very good and courteous and very cooperative.

Not enough lighting in room. Like none on ceiling to make the roomlighted. There was no shampoo, body wash, conditioner or body lotion. Just a small bar soap on the sink. No safe. No ironing board just iron. One of my friend who stayed ( as we were attending. Wedding) did not have bathroom light for all their stay from 10/15-10/19 stay. No one came to fix it even after they mentioned from day one.

"It was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff was amazing!"

Natalia, Sam and Deborah were all amazing! I was greeted by Natalia, she was so helpful, very professional and warm. Sam greeted me at 3:50am with a cup of hot coffee and then took me to the Augusta Airport for my 5:30am flight, also very professional and kind. Deborah was the Bartender in the hotel bar and was gracious and welcoming. I look forward to returning and will definitely stay there again!

"Bad first impression."

The bed was amazing, the whirlpool bath was really comfortable, the room was a decent size

The doors were so hard to open! From the hallway to the walkway towards the room and the room door and also the doors in the suite were hard to open. The sink I couldn't turn on it was so hard to turn the knob in the bathroom. The fridge was tipping over and dirty. The floor was covered in beats and other stuff like the floor wasn't vacuumed at all. Also the door to the adjoining room was right next to the bed and was really thin and did not go all the way to the floor so that made for unpleasant intimacy to the people next door.... Overal I was pretty disappointed about what I got for the money I spend
