Horrible, unsafe place Left after 10 minutes

Several lamps were disconnected. I went to plug one in and there were lighter torches behind the headboard. Very dirt and dusty. The front door handle had to be jiggled and forced in order for the keycard to work. There was no nees for a keycard to enter the building because it was broken. Staff was friendly but the building needs work.

The photographers used to promote the hotel are false advertising. It’s really dirty. There are dirt stains in the walls and on the beds. The door was broken and it was very hard to sleep comfortably. It looked and seemed as if they have never cleaned or updated anything since the place first opened. The condition of that hotel is so horrible that I really think it should be removed from this site so they do not tarnish your reputation.

they have to change all the bathrooms and showers

I got a jacuzzi room, Nothing worked accepted for the lights, the jacuzzi tub, and the bathroom. The switch for the water was opposite meaning the hot water switch was cold and the cold water switch was hot. The AC and heating system kept falling apart, the remote to the tv didn’t work, the clock didn’t work.

Felt like a apartment turned into a motel

Just an overall bad experience at this location. No way in hell this place is worth $95 a night. The hotel was dirty, the hallways stunk really really bad, the pictures that are shown on the website do not depict how the rooms actually are. The service was bad, there are no blankets on the beds just a bedsheet and the mattresses are absolutely filthy. Do not stay here.

The room was very dirty.. I didn’t have a cover on the bed.. the bed was half made up.. also they have poor communication because one of the house keepers walk in while we were in the room changing. It was a whole in the door.. it was horrible. The walls were dirty ! Abs it smelled like pee

The hall smelled like smoke,the furniture was d and dirty the toilet seat was low and wobbled the door didn’t lock……,,it was the nastiest dirtiest room I’ve ever seen
