A Victory Inn - West Dearborn

Price was low. Very much in need of an overhaul

Drawers were missing from dresser, freezer in mini-fridge was filthy, hair-dryer was greasy, found bedbugs

When we got there a man was irate compaining about the room being dirty and bed bugs. The attendant got scared and closed the window and thretened to call police. He appologized to me and said rooms were clean and if I saw bugs come back down to desk. nervously I entered room and went straight to matress found a bed bug videoed it and took it to him. He asked me you found "YOU FOUND ONE BUG". I asked how many did I need to find? Got a refund and left.

Ghetto, nasty, rooms half vleaned

A Victory Inn in West Dearborn was disgusting. From odors, stains, broken doors (outdoor - no security) - I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. We arrived late so we had to stay there one night. We checked out, canceled our stay for when we returned from vacation and went to a real hotel nearby.

This hotel is gross, bodily fluids on walls. Pubes on floor filth everywhere. Room smelled of stale cigarettes and filth. Will NEVER STAY AGAIN. Hotels.com should not have this on their site. Health department should investigate. Slept in our vehicle it will not allow me to add pictures but i have them

Outside of the motel has recently been updated. Exterior door does not lock - provides an excellent sense of insecurity. Hand rail on the stairs leading to 2nd floor is about to fall off the wall. Absolutely no ventilation in the stuffy hallways. Rooms look as if the last time they were remodeled was the early 1980s. Mattresses were handy-downs from a local prison. One star for recently painting the exterior and friendly staff.

Horrible service, loud all night, dirty, no amenities

They gave my room to another guest with my first name now I have to wait till 930 to check in my room then make me leave at 11 am
